She’ll review the major goals when researching buildings\, detail the key types of documents and research sources to consult\, and detail how to organize and process complete research for the use in landmarking whether at the local\, state\, or national level. \nThis presentation is free and open to the public\, but registration is preferred. During this virtual lecture\, Christiana Limniatis\, Preservation Maryland’s Program & Outreach Manager\, will provide an introduction to the different types of designations for historic resources\, review the general process for landmarking properties at the local\, state\, and federal levels\, and how those designations may impact property owners. While this lecture will focus on resources in Talbot County\, the information will be relevant to preservation projects across Maryland. \nThis presentation is free and open to the public\, but registration is preferred.
