James Neall House
The Neall House, ca 1804, was built by James Neall, an Easton Quaker who was a skilled cabinetmaker.
The house is an excellent example of Federal architecture, common in the years immediately following the Revolutionary War.
The Galleries at Neall House are six independent rooms displaying the Society’s portraits, furniture and rotating exhibits on various subject matters.
The James Neall House is located at 29 S. Washington Street. It is currently closed to the public, but we hope to reopen it in the future.
